1950's Cream Jersey and Tulle Party Dress

Frothy cream party dress, possibly wedding dress. The beautifully draped top is made of soft jersey. It is boned to give it shape. The spaghetti straps are made of cream silk velvet. One shoulder has a removable shoulder drape that is just lovely. It is held on by snaps inside the top of the dress. tulle wedding dress

The skirt is made of 2 layers of stiff tulle with a soft lining inside (not scratchy on your legs). The skirt is covered in rows and rows of cream colored pleated tiers. Insanely intricate. Tulle is in perfect condition. Metal side zipper.

There is an additional piece that is either a shawl or mantilla. It is tulle and edged in lace and aurora sequins. There are metal pronged rhinestones as well.

Condition- One of the metal snaps that holds the shoulder drape on is missing. One area of the draped bust has a bit of age where it folds. Not visible unless the draping is pulled apart and inspected.
