- 18 - 26 YEARS OLD (until December 30, 2018)
- HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE
- OF GOOD MORAL CHARACTER
- SINGLE with no children
- MUST POSSESS BEAUTY IN FACE AND FIGURE
- POSSESES ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS
- FILIPINO
- Planted at least 18 trees
- Promoted environmental projects in the city/municipality she represents cocktail with golden color
